Pakistan is known all over the world as “HOME OF SPICES”. The climatic condition of the country is ideal for growth of almost all the spices. Pakistan accounts for about 35% of the Global Spice exports. In Pakistan from the point of view of both domestic consumption and export spices are important commercial crop. Spices are used the world over for flavoring food and in medicines, pharmaceutical, perfumery, cosmetics and several other industries.
